
Scientists have studied the claims carried down from Incan folklore about the ability of maca to increase libido and as a natural remedy for erectile dysfunction. Maca, which belongs to the same family as broccoli and kale, has been found in several studies to improve sexual desire and improve sexual function. One of the studies was conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital, where the investigators learned that 3,000 mg daily of maca improved sexual dysfunction.
