Dr. Geo Q&A

Hi George, Yes, I have heard of Dr. Burzynski's clinic - I have recommended a few advanced prostate cancer patients to his clinic. His therapies, I believe are best for people with aggresive cancers, particularly brain cancer. I am not sure that it would be worth it for someone with low to moderate grade prostate cancer since doing nothing is sometimes […]

DR Geo, Have you heard of the Burzynski Clinic in Houston? He has documented cases where his antineoplaston treatment has cured very advanced cases of brain cancer in children. I'm told he has cured other cancers including PC. If this is true, PC might be cured without risking the usual side effects. GS […]

Hello Dr, Can naturopathy treat hemospermia due to a possible cyst of the utricle and some calcifications around which might block the ejaculatory duck or due to an inner scar that has a hard time to heal? I am 45 years old. I saw 4 different urologists. Everyone of them agreed that there were no major problems after doing all the tests. (urine, blood, ultra […]

Hi Peggy, Most of the times most supplements are better absorbed with food. I am not sure taking supplements with coffee is a good idea, however as coffee inhibits the absorption of many minerals. I hope this helps. Dr. Geo […]

Hi Robert, Your urologist is right - no need to worry. He did all the right testing for hematospermia (blood in the semen) and did not discover any real problems. This should clear up in about 10 days or so. The cause of blood in semen can be an irritated or broken blood vessel anywhere in the canal that brings out the urine and semen (urethra). An enlarged […]

Dr. Geo, My wife recently brought to my attention the presence of blood in my semen. In doing myn own research I concluded that it was probably a broken blood vessel. It persisted and turned bright red for a time so I called my Dr. He sent me to a urologist. He did an exam, ultrasound and put a scope into my penus. My PSA was normal and there was no sign of […]

Hi John, There are a 3 main things you can do: 1. Go to a practitioner that can do a prostate massage - this may not be that easy to find but you can ask your urologist to do when we performs the digital rectal exam. He may or may not be opened to it. 2. Acupuncture - acufinder.com helps you locate an acupuncturist near you. Acupuncture opens up the channels […]

Dr. Geo, would be interested to hear your thoughts on the recent passing of David Servan-Schreiber. His book, Anti Cancer, helped me so much, actually changed my life. It's troubling that he followed his own advice, and the Ca eventually returned in spite of it. […]
