Medical oncologist and prostate cancer survivor, Dr Charles “Snuffy” Myers was a key player in creating AZT, Suranim, and Phenylacetate while working at the National Institute of Health. With over 250 research papers published, Myers is one of the most influential voices in today’s prostate cancer community as both medical expert and patient advocate. Former Cancer Director at the University of Virginia, Myers opened the American Institute for Diseases of the Prostate in 2002 to provide men with the kind of comprehensive care that saved his own life. He is the author of several books, publishes a monthly periodical on prostate cancer at www.prostateforum.com, and has been quoted in major media platforms like the New York Times & The Wall Street Journal.

Dr. J. Kellogg Parsons

Dr. J. Kellogg Parsons is Associate Professor of Surgery at the Moores UCSD Comprehensive Cancer Center. He specializes in prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), bladder cancer, and kidney cancer. He is an expert in robotic-assisted surgery, prostate laser surgery, and cryosurgery.

Dr. Mark Stearns

Dr. Mark Stearns is a tenured Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM), Philadelphia, PA. He is the Director of Research and Head of the Prostate Cancer Research Program at DUCOM. His group have published over 100 peer reviewed papers on prostate cancer and developed a strong research program focused on drug discovery targeting metastatic prostate cancer. Dr. Stearns is also the founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Macroarray Technologies LLC, a biotech company involved in development of diagnostic markers for prostate cancer. Dr. Stearns group long term focus is to develop a cure for metastatic prostate cancer.

Dr. Paul Y. Song is a board-certified radiation oncologist at the John Wayne Cancer Institute/ Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. He graduated with honors from the University of Chicago and received his Medical degree from George Washington University. Dr. Song provides editorial advice and review in relation to areas surrounding radiation therapy for prostate cancer. He is a frequent contributor to the Larry King Live show and a Life Changer Expert of Extra TV.

Dr. Allison holds a Ph.D. in Human Services, a BA in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She has more than 13 years experience as a counselor to individuals and couples with a focus on sexual health and women’s issues related to erectile dysfunction. Dr Allison sits on the editorial advisory board with a focus on sexual health and women’s issues regarding men with prostate disease and ED.
